His son didn’t think that the name “Sungeum” was going to work well for the international market so he decided to come up with a new brand. This new brand was Crafter, which he thought would give out a positive image and it is easy to remember as well. Soon these guitars were sold in many different countries across the world, with the UK actually being the largest market for these guitars.
