Vintage Crafter Guitars

Vintage Crafter guitars have been around for some time and they have a great reputation in the market. The company was founded in 1972 by HyunKwon Park. They are known for both acoustic and electric guitars. In the first years of being in business, they only made classical guitars to be sold in the local market in Korea. However, they quickly got a great reputation for the sound of their guitars, which was very high quality.

Soon with their great reputation, they were selling more guitars. They had to go to another factor that was larger so that they were able to stay on top of the big demand for their guitars. They would move again in 1978, moving to Yangju-gun from Seoul. During this period of time, these vintage Crafter guitars were called “Sungeum,” which actually means “accomplishing the sound.” Today it is still a brand that is known in the country of Korea.

It was the goal of the founder, HyunKwon to sell his guitars all across the world to many different guitarists. To try to accomplish this goal, he began to make electro acoustic and regular acoustic guitars that he thought would appeal to the market across the world. Then in 1986 his oldest son, InJae Park, joined up with his company. His son didn’t think that the name “Sungeum” was going to work well for the international market so he decided to come up with a new brand. This new brand was Crafter, which he thought would give out a positive image and it is easy to remember as well. Soon these guitars were sold in many different countries across the world, with the UK actually being the largest market for these guitars.

When it comes to vintage Crafter guitars, you can know they are top quality, since their objective is to always provide buyers with excellent guitars. In fact, they are well known for making fine guitars and no guitars go out of the factor that haven’t met their standards for a quality guitar. The company is also open to ideas that guitarists may have to better meet the needs of their market.

Various models of vintage Crafter guitars are available. Today you can find vintage models and new models alike online. Some of the best deals can be found at good auction sites, where you can often bid the price you want to pay on these guitars.
